The Tryst Motor Inn - The place to go when you need a place to get away. We offer clean comfortable rooms with all of The Sim City Cable Companies Premium Channels. Rooms are available by the hour, day, or week. Rates include access to our luxurious pool and picnic area. Come stay with us for as long as you want.

This lot is made with all Maxis standard objects.

That being said I will point out that the beds could be replaced with Lizzlove's Autonomous Bed which is available http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=82193 to allow for some interesting interactions on the lot. I didn't include it on this lot so that this it could be used by anyone as it stands and those that are interested in that aspect could modify the lot as they see fit.

The lot includes nine motel rooms in a strip, a pool, and an office/managers appartment. There are also (as seen in the screenshots) several cars on the lot for appearance sake (to date I haven't tried to drive any of them off the lot.)

My game has EPs 1, 2, and 3 installed but I don't believe I used any University items, so it should only require EPs 2 and 3 to use.
