Honjo-Sakima. (A dream pagoda for my mother)
Honjo-Sakima is a little homage to my dear mother, who is a talented sculptor and painter. Her dream house would have this roof pattern, of two connected diamonds, which she saw on a house around Saint-Tropez, in the French Riviera. I made it as a pagoda, of course, and it's quite the palace! Two large floors, with a split-level second floor. The upstairs rooms actually rest on a wooden balustrade that look down into the first floor below. And of course, the 45-degree andled pagoda roof, which is quite entertaining to shape, yes, thank you.
Honjo-Sakima sits on a 3x5 lot, and costs only $94,423.
Honjo-Sakima is part VIII of the Shozen series. Check out my profile for the other parts.
* No EP required
* Hack-free
* Includes some of the wallpapers in my upcoming Dark Shoji series
* My Ultimate Architecture Tutorial can be found here
* To run this house on your machine, and to build interior walls, you need to install the Unleveled Walls by Numeror (Praise be his name!) These walls are not a normal install: They don't go into the regular downloads folder. Read Numeror's instructions and do not use Qxpress to install the walls.
* Honjo-Sakima uses Numeror's Recolourable Wooden modular stairs (included in the package)
Let me know how you like it, give me thanks if deserved. And if you really like it, please give it a good rating.
If you use it in the game, please do post a screenshot or two here. Thanks!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
