I haven't seen the movie "What A Girl Wants", but this is my version of Dashwood Manor. There aren't any blueprints on the internet, so the floorplan I made up. I did try to include things I saw in the pictures I did find. Anyway, this house is just under $86,000. I was going to upload it furnished, but then it was just under $260,000 and I thought that was a bit much! LOL. There are five bedrooms, three full baths, a study, game room, large living room, kitchen, and an extra large dining room. (The extra large dining room was in one of the pics I found. It's ridiculously huge!!!) I decorated it with some Maxis floors, but the wallpapers are mine. I hope you all enjoy!
