Coral Reef Apartments have 3 seperate apartments, one on the ground floor,
one on the second, and one on the top floor. Ground floor color scheme is blue, second floor color scheme is green, and the top floors is yellowish!
Sims can engoy privacy, as the three apartments can be locked from each
other. Walkways seperate each apartments living areas from the bathroom and bedroom areas. Sims can enjoy Alfresco dining, whith all other tenants,
downstairs in a pool, spa, BBQ area. Sets of swings for the youngsters. A car
is included. This lot would suit at home buisness, if sims wanted to be a
landlord!!
