This is a traditional Irish pub for your neighbourhood. The pub is on the bottom floor and the top floor has the pubkeeper's flat. I put it on a residential lot so that the pubkeeper could live there, but you can of course change the zoning if you wish.
Despite the screenshots only the pub is furnished because I couldn't find where some of the custom content was from, and there is no building to the left, so do with that space as you like.
