Brixham Bros. Construction is very proud to present The Osprey, containing our first attempt at stealth stairs! They've been heavily playtested and we're just tickled to report that all worked well. Thank you to joesshmoe123's tutorial.

The Osprey is perfect for the nearly succesful family that's beginning to grow. With 2 bedrooms and 3 baths there's little congestion in the mornings. On a 1x3 lot, this home is priced at 49,218 and contains a small starter garden. As with all Brixham homes, the bathrooms and kitchen are furnished with the basics and the home contains lighting and the essential electronics (phone, smoke detector).
