I've had a request for a couple more Uni buildings in the Brixham Project. First up is a three-story frat house ready to be made into a Greek House in your own Uni neighborhood. All you have to do is move a student in and get him to the point where he/she has the option on the phone to apply for a charter.

This house sleeps 8 sims but it might be a little tight in the baths and kitchens. It depends on how you like to play the game.

Lot is 3x1. And you know the drill - don't download the wall/floor file again if you already have it.

Jul 4, 2006 Update: Simsbaby recreated the building so that it is available as a pre-OFB download for all you Uni-Nightlifers out there, so enjoy!
