Halfhill house is a toned-down version of "Hill House" (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=171672) it uses the same design, the same layout, and the same 2x2 lot. Its not as well decorated, or as well furnished, but at about 1/6th the price ($19951), this house is alot easier on the wallet.
