The Reagan is a stunning home that is beautiful yet practical. It greets you with a two story foyer with switchback stairs, and leads you into a two story family room. You are then lead into a gourmet kitchen and outside into the backyard. The home costs $347, 278 and on a 5x5 lot. It's features are...

-4 Bedroom with guest sweet for sleepovers.
-Master Bathroom with his and her showers, sinks, tubs, and toilets(so the wife doesn't get upset when the husband leaves the seat up)
-3.5 Baths (including guest sweet bath)
-Breakfast area and Formal Dining Room
-2 Story Foyer/Living Room and Family Room
-Study
-1 2-Car and Single Car Garage
-Pool with Raised Hot Tub

The home is very big but practical which was my theme when designing the home. The should keep your families very happy!
