the St. Jude Chateau is a spin off of the St. Micheal Chateau of Toll Brothers Homes.

The home somewhat resembles it so I gave it a name that is similer. The home is very big. It is very big on a 5x6 lot, the square footage is 3,092 at a price of $304,967. the features are...

-4 Bedroom
-2.5 Bath
-Large Master Bedroom Suite with luxourious looking master bath
-2 Story Family & Living Room
-3 Car Garage (one is sideways, all of them work fine, the regular ones work best)
-Loft
-Pool

I did my best to make the home look as luxourious as possible. There is an optional elevation available that I can give you if enough of yall want it. The optional elevation would ad a loft above the family room and would relocate the master bedroom and put a courtyard in its place. It would also add two more bedrooms. If yall want it, it will be given.

Please make sure that you don't try to remove the driveway pieces, if you do you'll need to exit out of the game without quitting in order to save the driveway, or click the button that leads you to leave and it will go back. Be careful when picking up the vehicles.

P.S. If you look in the backround of the pool picture you can see the mall that I am building. The mall you see is taking up the whole lot, from front to back and side to side, it will be uploaded this summer but I can't say when, I'm not sure when I will finish it............
