I have never liked those huge neighbourhoods, because I have never enough time and patience to populate them. I'm always having a desolate land, just some houses apart from each other.. Can you call that a neighbourhood? Ô_o So, I did this island myself(since I got Sim City 4) for my Legacy, but felt like sharing it. Hope someone likes, and don't forget to press 'thanks' button..

The file contains desert, concrete, dirt and lush -pictures.

(Extract all files in your EA Games\Sims 2\SC4Terrains -folder)
