The file should work again! Unfortunately, even though I designed this island with beach lots in mind, the layout may or may not work for that in-game.. sometimes placing lots seems to change the level of the terrain somehow (?), rendering some of the areas unbuildable. Well, I suggest trying to place random lots around before starting to build your neighbourhood to see if it will actually work for your intended purpose. Cheers!

Perky Island is rather a small neighbourhood that I originally made for my beach lots. It doesn't have much space, which at least I find convenient, and in my opinion it would work pretty well as a place to establish your Legacy into, for example. Have fun with it, and do let me know if you do! ^_~

The file contains desert, concrete, dirt and lush -pictures.

Extract all files in your EA Games\Sims 2\SC4Terrains -folder.
