This is a rather large beach home with room for expansion. Based on one in Long Bay Estates in Myrtle Beach, SC. See pictures for more. Also contains my first successful set of split level stairs. Cost is $55,064, unfurnished. Floorplans are blank to let you make your own rooms. Pictures of the first two floors are featured, as the bottom ground level is just plain concrete.
