"Contemporary" with split-level stairs.

"Comtemporary" is a representation of an actual house in my surburb. Its build on a 4x4 lot, double story, attached garage, fully furnished, decorated and partially landscaped. I wanted to make a house which do would suit a large family and not costing over $250,000. Total cost $248,398.00. NL EP required.

On entering the house, you're greeted by the split-level stairway. To the right is a study with a build in fireplace, a music room and a family room which leads out to a patio overlooking the feature pool. On the left is a formal lounge with a build in bar, the formal dinnining room with a cosy fireplace and a large gourmet kitchen. There are also two full size bathrooms on this floor.

The second floor has four bedrooms with own ensuites and a nursery.

This house has been checked with the Clean Installer program and should be hack free.

P/S I've also attached an unfurnished version which comes without the half walls in the kitchen and the driveway and garage door. Cost $109,472.00. Could someone without any expansion packs please test it and tell me if it works on your game. Its the zip file tittled unfurnished. If it works I'll attached unfurnished versions on my houses unloaded in the past and the future. Thanks heaps, Luthien.
