Ok guys before i carry on PLEASE READ

This residential lot requires the following EP'S

Uni
NL
OFB

PLEASE NOTE

To get the ocean effect atmosphere this lot needs to be placed right by the sea.
You will have to use the "BlueWater" neighbourhood, It came with OFB
Place the house near the coastline to get the exact effect or you could just place it were ever you like but you wont have that sea atmosphere.

Ok guys here are some detail you need to know.

Price= $87,706 but when i moved my sim in and took them out the price value dropped to $36,157 very affordable.
Size= 4x3

Rooms= 1 room which is the bedroom
Bathrooms= 1 bathroom
Lounge
Relaxing Area
Kitchen

Feel free to extend if you wish, their are just enough rooms for a family looking for a perfect getaway.
