Do you hate having to send your Uni student to lot after lot to fullfill their wants? I certainly am!! That is why I created an all-in-one University Community lot and wanted to share it with you.

Library - bookshelves, desks, computers, pool tables, restrooms, cafeteria.

Swimming Pool

Gym - treadmills, wall-mount TVs, electro-dance sphere, all 4 types of workout equipment, male and female locker rooms.

Shops - Electronics (with cell phone/MP3 player/handheld game kiosk), Clothing (cologne display), Grocery, and Coffee Shop.

Club - bass, guitar, drum set, piano, 3 bubble blowers, juice bar, photo booth, kareoke machine.

Center quad - magazine kiosk, 3 chess tables, bonfire.
