Are you tired of the Maxis universities we got back in (checks calendar) 2005?!
So am I. So I have set out to create my own college. This urban university features 5 lots so far:
The Student Center: A place for sims to hang out, play pool, or grab a bite to eat from the cafeteria.
The Gym, which features an indoor pool, sauna, and massage tables.
A pleasant park at the center of campus,
A small dormitory (4 rooms),
A library, and a gym!
All lots are included in the zip, but they are clearly labeled so you can pick and choose what you don't want if you choose to use these in your own universities. I plan to release part 2 shortly so that the entire college will be up for download!
