I love raising families in the Sim's and thought that I should make a 'Baby Shop'. I decided on modelling it on a pacifier because I have recently been having (wierd) dreams with the pacifier icon from the game.
Anyway, the lot uses only Maxis objects, etc. It is fully furnished and ready to be run as a business.
Lot Size - 2 x 2.
Lot Cost - $36,950.
