This little white weatherboard starter home is ideal for that young single sim, newly weds or retired couple. Featuring an open-plan living area, a double bedroom and en suite bathroom, it has decks front and back and is decorated throughout in simple neutral tones. No wasted space, everything in its place!

Furnished and decorated with Maxis items, except for the wallpaper in the lounge/bedroom, which is my own creation.
