Ok i dont know about the rest of you but i have a hard time building on the smaller lots. So i'm forcing myself to improvize and work smaller.

This home is on a 2x2 lot and it costs 150,696 sims. It has a Master bedroom and bath plus another bedroom (childs) and bath all on the second floor. First floor has a living room and dining room if you want to add it a nice sized kitchen and another bathroom. Plus a Deck to set out and have you sims sip there morning coffee. basement level has a full windowed wall looking into the back yard. This i made into a gaming room. In the back yard you have a nice area for your sims dogs to play, a little flower garden, and a nice swimming pool.

This Home is Fully Furnished with all maxis items. There are no recolors or custom stuff. I have every sims 2 expansion So you would need them all to play this lot. I hope you enjoy and have fun.
