You MUST download the mesh at Simchic in order for these dresses to show up in your game......follow the link and go to TS2 Freebies / Female Adult Young Adult Meshes ..... and it is MESH_SimChicKneeDressHeels5-01-05

The files are named by colour INSIDE the zip file....choose which ones you want and drag them into your saved sims OR downloads folder
