My House!!! (3 br 1 bathroom seperate toilet)

Hey guys, this is my first upload, so be kind . Its of my house now. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet (seperated) and a huge backyard. I couldn't put in every piece of landscaping we really have because it would run too slow on my computer but its basically the same.

Bedrooms: 3 (plus a sleepout behind garage)
Bathrooms/Toilet: 1
Furnished: Fully
Landscaped: Partly
Cost: Approximatly $72 000

Hasn't been played yet, let me know if there is any problems.

There's a shed out the back and a yard which we really use for chickens, but it could be a good place to keep dogs or cats.

I have University, Nightlife, OFB, Pets, Glamour Stuff, Holiday Party Pack and Happy Holiday Stuff installed, but I dont think I used anything from the holiday packs.
