Hey all. When I first heard about the Seasons EP conference in CA, I went to all the fan sites who were invited and read their reviews. The more I read, the more extremely excited I got (I was literally bouncing during the whole next day). So I decided to channel my energy into building a house with lots of landscaping so that I can pretend my sims already love to spend time outdoors. (I also added a swing, which kids and adults alike are addicted to, so that they would have a reason to actually go outside.)

Lot Info:
Price: $27,312
Lot Size: 2x3
Bedrooms: 4
Bathrooms: 2 full, 1 half
Furnished: No, I left it completely unfurnished because the landscaping is the focus. The only stuff from Buy Mode is the swing set and the bench out back, as well as some of the flowers (see below).
Scanned With Clean Installer: Yes
Custom Content: See below for what you must get; the rest is included in the lot.

IMPORTANT: You MUST download Numenor's Unleveled Walls for this lot to work properly. They allowed me to build the house with an attached garage, using Rumpelteazer's tutorial found here. You also must download the Driveway Recolor by KiaraRawks (it didn't package with my lot). She wasn't sure of the file name for the white one, so just download all three (sorry I couldn't narrow it down).
  • Driveway Recolor (white) by KiaraRawks found here
  • Garage Door (single curved) by Fresh-Prince found here
  • Plants (nasturtium, lavatera, primroses, garden irises, & foxgloves) by Macarossi found here
  • Unleveled Walls by Numenor found here

I used Macarossi's plants not only because they are beautiful and well done, but also because I had so many flowers and shrubs initially that I needed to cut down on the maintenance required, as it was ridiculous. Therefore, all the actual flower beds are real and need care, but only about half of the shrubs do. However, please NOTE that you WILL need your sims to take care of the plants. I tested it out, and even with the gardener you still need to have your sims work about an hour a day to keep the weeds down (though "moveobjects on" helps to delete those) and trim up a few bushes the gardener misses. I think it's worth it though, for all the color and style it adds. By the way, be careful about clicking on the bushes, as I used "boolprop snapobjectstogrid false" to place them so they that looked natural and also allowed access to trimming up the ones behind them. Anyway, just wanted you all to be able to actually use the house and not be annoyed with it.
