I just got OFB a few days ago, spent some time experimenting with businesses, and finally came up with one I really like. A flower shop!
A house for small/medium sim families (1-4 sims). The first story is the store, the second story is the living area. Outside there's a large greenhouse and some trees that can be sold, and inside there's plenty of smaller flowers and some empty shelves to place flowers that your sims make. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, employee lounge, a workshop, no garage/driveway. 3x4 lot, $139,740.
