I've had this lot in the back of my head for a while now, but the current creator theme (#themeBusiness) finally shook it loose. Tiny Florist is a no-CC residential lot where a florist lives, with a room in front for a modest home business. My challenge was to make a furnished, liveable starter -- flower crafting station included -- where a young florist can actually run a little shop at home while earning his upgrades, investing in his current home or saving to move up and out to a family-sized dwelling or buy that community lot and make his fortune in the thriving snapdragon industry.

Until then, a sim just starting out needs to make some compromises. The sim in this home wanted a double bed, so he couldn't afford the swankiest counters for the kitchenette. And as much as he wanted a nice easel or a desk for the computer that's (probably) coming his way, he decided those things can wait. What he really, truly wanted was a flower station of his very own. And now he can earn while he learns, decking out his new home with the proceeds of his botanical enterprise!

So yes, there should be adequate furnishings for your sim to start his/her adult life. Plumbing and kitchen bits and a place to sleep. Some entertainment. Places to sit. Basic electronics are there as well -- telephone and security/fire alarms. Adequate lighting is for closers, though, so your sim might aspire to purchase a couple of lamps. >_<





NOTE: In order to maintain the "balcony" flowerbed you need to have a mod like TwoJeffs' Perfect Plants (or you can simply give that little area a quick makeover). Honestly I love that mod. I keep my sims busy enough without needing to go water and weed or hire gardners, who then want to fondle my farmers' crops, so I need another mod to keep them out of the eggplants, and ain't nobody got time for that. At least I don't. Nor do my sims. So, Perfect Plants FTW.
