In this upload you will find THREE lots... but with the same outside walls plan.
The red one is the 'Old Victolane' a classic victorian unfurnished maxis built lot (without CC).

The second one is the 'New Victolane' updated with a modern look, in unfurnished version (the -UNF- file), and the third is the Maxis furnished version of this modern release.

It is a large house in a small lot, the basement is completly usable. Ground floor is the place for the main rooms : kitchen, dining and split leveled living room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom, last level of the tower is the last very large bedroom.
