These bloody lips (well it's only blood, not lips) are perfect for all the dark and evil (or just blood liking) Sims.
The blood has a bit of a glossy effect (and they have a bit of a small shadow for a more 3D effect) and looks the best on pale/normal/alien skins, the darker skins might look odd because parts of the blood can be lighter than the skintone. (That mostly goes for the first one)
They appear under blush (my vampire Sims never use blush, so it came out handier for me.) and are for all genders and come in child-elder.

So far as I am aware of, Pets is not needed.
