This space-age community lot is entirely out of this world. A one-stop shopping, futuristic experience! This lot includes a gym and pool, gaming and dance club, with intimate dining on the top floor in the first-rate restaurant and lounge.













Entirely tested and thoroughly hack-free, as always.

While all listed expansion packs are required, none of the stuff packs are needed to install this lot.
