Mod The Sims - Shoppers Paradise, furnished

This community place is built on a 4x3 lot. As the name states it's a shoppers paradise. Here you find a clothingstore, gamestore and a petstore. If you get tired of shopping you can just sit down at our restaurant or dance the night away at the disco. If you want something more quiet you can take a stroll in the small park.
If your sim likes multitasking they can always buy this lot at the price of 219 326§.

If they don't, then this is just a great place to have in your neigborhood.
