$104,154 - 3 bd 2 ba classic shingle home

With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 roomy baths, this home has a lot of room for your sims to walk around. Both baths have 2 doors for easy egress. The kitchen has lots of counter space and the informal dining room sits between the kitchen and the living area. A family room / hobby area is upstairs. The home is furnished but leaves room to add a few of your family's belongings.

This home's defining feature is the covered entryway, with double stained glass doors behind an arched doorway. The front yard is landscaped with hedges, flowers, and a bench to admire the view. The private backyard has a pool, sitting area, and deck with dining area in addition to trees and and flowers.

Though it's a spacious home, it's still just a story and a half so it won't overwhelm other houses in your neighborhood. It has classic styling and proper scale; a McMansion it's not. The neighbors won't complain when you build it. :p

All items are Maxis standard - no custom content.

This house was built using Nightlife, University, and OFB, and you'll need them to use it.
