I have all EPs and stuff packs which were used to furnish this house.
I will offer the best tour I can, it is VERY large, so it was difficult to capture with screenshots. In fact, the floorplan is in 2 sections, as you can see(and aside from the rooftop patio, it's a single floor home.)

The entire structure wraps around a large patio and inground pool, absolutely the social epicentre of this home. Lacking indoors for entertaining guests, it more than makes up a warm welcome by this inviting poolside.

To the rear of the property, you will find a sunken spa enclosed within a veranda to promote an intimate atmosphere.

If the pool is the spine of this structure, then the master suite is by all means the heart. Expansive and breathtaking, it is only for those who truly appreciate leisure. The bedroom is seperated as a nook with a beautiful view of the landscape outside. Attached by a small hallway is the master retreat, within you will find a fireplace, television, and sofa. Airy in decoration, best suited for relaxing. The double doors to the outside area of the retreat leave way to a private fenced garden, with a bench and a bright koi pond. The master bath features a large WIC, isolated restroom, and a large shower room. Dual bathtubs permit both convenience and intimacy.

The kitchen boasts a vaulted ceiling, as does much of the property, with an open plan and inviting decor. Branching off are both a breakfast nook, and more formal dining room. Through the short foyer, an entrance to the outdoor bar and veranda to the nearside of the pool.
http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b...pg?t=1170192787
Also from the kitchen, is an archway leading to the great room. A second floor balcony doubles as a small study, and a stairwell leading to the rooftop patio outside.
http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b...pg?t=1170192974
The rooftop patio overlooks both the garden and the pool, and features a sunning area and two fountains.

And, finally, across the property is the guest house. Though this house is built with the intention of housing one or a pair of sims who truly enjoy a luxurious life, the guest house can be made to accomodate a larger family. It features two seperated bedrooms, both with adjoining baths. Breezy and light in decor, and only a few feet away from the indoor spa.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
