the other day i was thinking (yay!), when my sims become adults, they want to move, and most of the time they have a patethic job or buy a small home to start off, so i made this Hotel, all the new adults can go up on their career while enjoying a good place to be on, this house has a cost of around 300k and is in a 4*4 lot (i think), it has 4 roms (bathroom incluided) a dining room a kitchen and other things. if you want to use it like an hotel, jus create a owner for the hotel, then any sim can get in, you can also use it as a private house :P, well, enjoy the Moon Light Hotel

i used my palm umbrella in this lot
