This right here is a Maxis recolour of "Olive Peynter's City Skyscraper" (Well, I think I got the name right, and if not, excuse my simlish).
(If the recolour doesn't show up in your game, go to your Downloads folder and check to see what type of file it is. If it isn't like your other downloads, change it. This goes for all of my uploads)
