Hiya, peoples! *waves* I'm Kellye and this is my first upload to MTS2.
OK, this is an unfurnished apartment for your sims. That is if you know the cheat to give them lots of money from the start! (hint hint) It costs $24,277, and it has one room, one and a half bath, and a nice, large living/kitchen area. The lot size is 2x2, you need Nightlife for that, but I went ahead and marked all of them becuase who knows? You could need them all. Plus Glamour Life. That's what the livingroom's carpet is from. There's no custom content, because I didn't feel like going thru all the work with CleanInstaller. I just made a new file.
