I had a request to make several 1 unit complexes of varying sizes in this style (matching the Palm Town 2 unit). This is the 4x4 version. This version includes both hot tub, gym, and pool.

Palm Teenie (2x2), Palm Tiny (3x3), and Palm Apartment (4x4) will be available.
