Long ago, man looked up at the sky and said "I wish someone would build a nightclub around this place". So, not to stand in the way of evolution, we began to work on bringing you the ultimate fusion of Top-Secret Government Projects, Alien Life and music. The result? Area 23.

Hey, there! I'm back! Or "I'm here" would be more appropriate, 'cause this is my first upload. So, another day goes by in the life of your ever aging Sim. He/She sits thinking "All the nightclubs around here are so boring. Wheres the variety?". Well, here it is! Area 23 is an alien-themed community nightclub which requires no custom content and is placed snuggly on a medium 3x3 lot. Let me take you on a tour...
OK, fairly ordinary entrance with a door, windows and whatnot. Then, inside you get two quite large bathrooms for both him AND her! Now thats living, huh? As always, urinals for the man and a time-lock to keep the women from spending too much time inside (Only kidding, no offense and no time-lock). Then, up one of the two staircases on either side, and you come to the main floor. This colorful mixture of blue, silver and green ensures lively dancing until the early hours of the morning. A neon bar to get drunk, which helps when you get really ugly Sims with a good personality, and you're more into looks than their interests. Right across from the bar there is a tiny little resting spot for your Sims, in case the party is just too much. Now, if you're not to s**tfaced, you can go back downstairs and then up the outdoor staircases to the roof, where you will find two Electro Dance Spheres and outdoor flame things (Cant remember what they're called). Thats about it. As always with most uploads (If that makes sense) don't redistribute with out my permission. Enjoy!
