Tested: Yep! Right down to the car!

Heres a nifty little lot for ya! Enough room to hold five Sims...even the fat ones.
Took me about a week to make, which is a helluva lot more than I usually put into lots. I even stopped doing my homework so I could finish this lot.

That is how vexed I am...
