Four seperate house for four seperate (but not really) families! Mainly suited for single sims, or possibly couples, these townhouses don't come cheap. The price tag on them settles at 108k, but if you're willing to make a sacrifice in the name of gameplay (that is, cheat for the cash) then this is the place for you.

Note: Ignore the 'Myne' door as the front doors, those pictures are from the Dorm version of this house. They've been changed over to normal brown doors in this version.
