A tidy row house, without the row!

This home is on a 1x3 lot, and is over $20,000 simoleans, although I forgot to check exactly how much it was (oops ). I have all expansions through FFP, so you may need to have these too, although I tried to remember to only use content I knew was in the earlier ep-s.

There is a parlour and dining room, each with fireplace, a kitchen and a toilet room on the first level. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the master has another fireplace and an ensuite bath, plus a shared bath for the other two bedrooms.
The attic has a third bath and a "free space" room to use as you wish.

Out back is a small terrace and there is a shed atatched to the rear of the kitchen. Another terrace and some trees and shrubs provide a welcoming entry. There is plenty of space to add flowerbeds for your gardening inclined sims.

This home is unfurnished and undecorated, and contains only Maxis content.
