Straight from Bikini Bottom, Spongebob Squarepants' house is here for your Sims!

It is semi furnished as you can see in the floor plan below. The house costs around $37,000. It has 1 Bedroom. 2 Bathrooms. Kitchen. Livingroom. Study. And two spare rooms, all on three floors. Then there are two floors for the roof.

As a special bonus, tigdadx4 has made Spongebob and Gary statues that he has allowed members of MTS2 to include in lots! You will need to use the cheat "moveobjects on" to move / place them in the house.(They are included, waiting for you in the living room.)
