Here is a lovely home that has bein for some reason my sims favorite home..i quess sims love small homes is easy for them to get to the next section and faster onless mines is lazy 
well here is a two bedroom which one is a nursery..one bath..living room..open kitchen..one garage..the house has two car one in the garage and the other one in the driveway..all objects are by maxis accept for the modern steps are by :ailias..and the valance and curtains in the bedrooms are by:khakidoo..i'm not sure if i pack the recolors of them but you could find them here..khakidoo well HOPE YA INJOY IT
