Don't think this one was on any star trek episode I ever saw. The package just has the swimsuit !! If you want the forehead face paint it is athttp://www.drlatasic.altervista.org/stklingon.htm. It just happens to be a perfect color match for enayla's pixie night skin as shown on the model below http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=183044
