Here is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom family home for your Sims to enjoy. There is no custom content other than the modular stairs that you do not have to download because I used a Maxis-made staircase. You need to have every EP (Glamour Life & Family Fun too) however.



To the left of the main hallway we find a music room. Downstairs is also a study/library, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen.


On the right of the upstairs hallway, we find the Master bedroom with an entry to the upstairs master bathroom.


There is a lighed shower and a relaxing area for your refreshing bubble bath in the master bathroom. Upstairs is also 2 bedrooms for your Sims' children or guests.


Out back we have the deck equipped with a grill and seating area for your summer cookouts, as well as a pool & swingset.


You don't have to download the stairs, the ones I used were actually Maxi made.
