This is my second dress here in Victorian Style based on typical Bustle dress (note: is not a bustle dress) I really liked this Mesh. It was really difficult to made a correct texture for this.
Its my second Try

Polygon Counts:
it still same polycount as it is in original Longloose dress (i forgot to check this before)
