This is a useful, no frills, fully furnished, two story starter home that includes everything your sims need to start out in life AND a driveway and car, all for under 18,500 simoleans.

Your sims starting out with 20,000 simeloeans even have a few simeloeans left over to last until you get them a job!

This home is perfect for single Sims or a couple with one child.

Because this home is small you will soon see how crowded things are when more than 5 sims are in it.


The bedroom is located on the first floor, it is furnished with a (cheap) double bed, one (cheap) floor lamp, a (cheap) desk and a computer.

Upstairs is furnished with a kitchen area including a fridge, stove, sink and counter space and a small bathroom installed with a toilet and shower/tub.

The livingroom/dining area is compact but roomy enough for your sim to work out in front of the TV mounted on the wall.
