This is a 1 bedroom starter home with an ensuite bathroom, semi-combined kitchen and living area, and a nice outdoor area for bbqs or whatever your sims like to do. There is also a study/office area for your sims to buid skills or read.
It is mostly furnished, the only room that needs to be furnished is the bedroom.
It costs just over $16,000, which might seem expensive for a starter home but its alright considering all you need to buy is a bed and a phone.
It is built. decorated and furnished entirely of maxis items, including university.
