The moment I saw the Solar Bug Nursery set, by Kate at Parsimonious, I knew I wanted recolors for my alien babies. Lucky for me that I know how to do them myself now, isn't it?

Here are most of the objects from the original set recolored in slick black, space-age silver, and radioactive green.

Inside each zip you'll find recolors for the crib and crib bedding (really just the bottom of the crib), changing table, high chair, toy box, training potty, and end table (the only item of the set not found in Misc/Children -- it's in Surfaces/End Tables, of course).

I skipped the tentacle lights (which are already a fantastic shade of alien green), the two toys (though I might yet go back and see how the xylophone looks), and the mirror (just didn't feel like it).

There's a texture seam on the front of the crib, which is almost invisible with Kate's original patterns, but slightly more noticeable with a solid color. From actual playing distance you'll barely see it. Kate has fixed the texture seam, because she is awesome! If you've already got the meshes in your game you may need to redownload them, since the fix is new as of summer 2008. I'll take some new pics eventually too, since it's visible in the ones I have up now.

All objects are marked on the original set page at Parsimonious as being base-game compatible, and should also be compatible with later EPs configurations. (I had everything up through Seasons when these were made.) All meshes needed are on the same page of the site. The parts of the set that I did not recolor are also highly recommended, and most are pictured in my screenshots.
