Hey there. I usually just like houses which are on small lots, and don't have big rooms with lots of extra space. I like my sims houses to be just 'cosy'. I also like modern houses, so here is my first lot upload.

This is a 2-story modern flat-roofed home with an elevator connecting the floors. Perfect for a single parent, or even a family with 1-2 children. There is a small fenced off area coming from the other room (3rd bedroom) and a little balcony on the second floor coming from the hallway. Expansion is possible by adding another floor and elevator.

I have all the expansion packs installed (Home is unfurnished). No custom content was used.
