Here is another home in my 'Modern Avenue' Collection. This is a small 1 story starter home.

Description: This is a modern 1 story home with a garage connecting to the house. The garage has stairs which leads onto a deck on the roof which is fenced off halfway across the roof (however this is easily changed). Expansion would be possible if you were to turn the deck into another floor.
