This house sits on a 2x2 lot and costs $27,701.

The house is unfurnished but features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

To enter the house, you must go up a flight of stairs to the front door, which sits on the second floor. On the second floor are all the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the stairway down to the first floor where the rest of the house is.

My house is slightly similar to one of the game provided houses from nightlife (i believe that's the expansion pack it came with...)

A 1 car garage is on the first floor connected to the house but can only be entered through the garage door.


I'm dedicating this house to my great grandmother who just passed away today because it sort of reminds me of a house that might be in florida, where she used to travel to during to in the winter.
